The Chapters/Indigo team have featured me on their website this week! Check it out!

Must say the team there are great. Remarkable corporate culture that does everything to nurture literacy, authors and books. So far every book signing I’ve done has gone smoothly. Staff had made me feel very welcome. Payment from head office for books sold has been more than prompt, usually before the 30 day term. The online merchandising team have been approachable and helpful. The Community team are very active and eager to hear and implement suggestions for improvement from the authors and members.

And speaking of members, if you’re not already part of the Chapters Community, you should sign up. Lots of inside information from readers and authors alike; great interaction between Chapters staff members and Community members; tons of groups who discuss books and publishing. All and all a very vibrant culture.
