WHAT INFORMATION IS COLLECTED?
Five Rivers may collect two types of information: personally identifiable information and aggregated non-personally identifiable information. Personally Identifiable Information includes information such as your name, user name, address, postal code, telephone number, email address, employment status, intentions, preferences and opinions. Five Rivers does not collect personally identifiable information about an individual except when individuals provide such specific information on a voluntary basis. Aggregated information will include information that is anonymous such as the type of browser you are using or other such non-personally identifiable information.
WHY IS THE INFORMATION COLLECTED?
Five Rivers may collect your personal information in order to enable us to make general improvements to the Site, ensure that content standards of the Site are rigorously upheld, and to better serve your specific interests. We may also request you to voluntarily provide personal information that is not required to access features of our Site.
WHAT WE WILL AND WILL NOT DO WITH THE INFORMATION YOU PROVIDE
Five Rivers uses information generally to compile statistical data, to keep in contact with users, and to provide them with a better interactive experience. Five Rivers may use your information specifically for the following purposes: (i) to improve the content of our Site; (ii) to personalize and/or customize the content and/or layout of our Site for each individual visitor; (iii) to notify visitors about updates to our Site; (iv) to identify our ’visitors’ preferences; (v) to keep you informed about product and services (both ours and third ’parties’) in which you have expressed an interest; (vi) to establish your eligibility for special offers and discounts; (vii) to complete business transactions; (viii) to contact you as part of a promotion; (ix) to allow you to make a posting on the Site; (x) to administer individual accounts; (xi) to provide customer support; (xii) to meet legal requirements; (xiii) to provide Internet security; and/or (xiv) to analyze the collected information.
In the event that we sell a substantial portion of our business assets, our customer information may be among the transferred assets. In such event, the purchaser will inherit the confidentiality obligations posted herein.
Five Rivers works closely with a number of parties who may perform functions on our behalf, including fulfilling orders, providing promotional materials to our users, sending, managing, compiling and processing data, processing credit card payments or providing customer service. We do not disclose your personally identifiable information to these parties except to the extent necessary to enable them to provide the specific services to you.
When you visit the Site, we or a third-party advertiser may store or recognize some information on your computer in the form of a “cookie” or similar file. “Cookies” are small text files that identify an individual computer’s browser entering the Site. They do not pose a security threat to you. No personal information is stored within the cookies. For example, cookies allow us to track a browser’s movement through the Site over several sessions. Five Rivers participates in the Google Display network to deliver our advertisements to you in the form of text or image ads. This requires Google Display to set a cookie on your browser (see above). You do have the possibility to deactivate cookies used for advertising purposes. USE OF SITE BY MINORS
The Site is not directed to individuals under the age of fourteen (14), and we request that these individuals do not provide personal information through the Site.
Your personal information may be stored and processed in any country where we have facilities or in which we engage service providers, and by using our Site you consent to the transfer of information to countries outside of your country of residence, including the United States, which may have different data protection rules than in your country.
HOW SECURE IS YOUR INFORMATION?
Any unauthorized use of the Site may result in criminal and/or civil prosecution. We have policies and procedures in place to protect the privacy and confidentiality of your information that we collect and maintain, including contracts with third parties that may manage the information provided by you. All personal information is stored on secured servers, behind a firewall at a data center, with access to data strictly controlled. Only individuals specifically involved in the analysis and other functions set out herein have access to your personally identifiable information. These individuals have been provided the requisite training on our privacy policies and practices.
We will keep your personal information as accurate, complete, and up-to-date as necessary, taking into account the purposes for which it is used.
We will protect your personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, copying, use, or modification using safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information. These safeguards include technological tools such as passwords, encryption, and firewalls, and organizational controls such as limiting staff access to systems containing personal information on a “need-to-know” basis.
Transmission of the personal information you provide when you create an online account and place an online order is secured using Secure Socket Layers(SSL) encryption technology, and our service providers operate in compliance with the Payment Card Industry (PCI) Data Security Standard (DSS).

INDIVIDUAL ACCESS TO INFORMATION
Upon request, we will inform you if we have personal information relating to you, give you a copy of that information, and explain how it has been used and/or to whom it has been disclosed. If you find that the information is inaccurate or incomplete, you have the right to challenge it and we will amend it as appropriate.
In certain circumstances under the law, we will not disclose information to you. Examples of such circumstances are if the information is subject to solicitor-client privilege, if the information contains confidential commercial information, or if disclosure of the information could harm an individual’s life or security. If we will not disclose information to you, we will give you our reasons for not doing so.

UPDATING OR DELETING YOUR INFORMATION
Five Rivers enables our users to update/correct personal information previously submitted which the user states is erroneous to the extent such activities will not compromise privacy or security interests. To update or delete your information, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please note that it maybe impossible to delete a user’s entry totally without some residual information because of backups and records of deletions.
RECEIVING ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS FROM US
We aim to comply with your request(s) as soon as reasonably practicable. Please note that if you opt out as described above, we will not be able to remove your Personal Information from the databases of our affiliates or unaffiliated third parties with which we have already shared your Personal Information (i.e., to which we have already provided your Personal Information as of the date that we implement your opt-out request). Please also note that if you do opt out of receiving marketing-related messages from us, we may still send you important administrative messages, and you cannot opt out from receiving administrative messages.
