Stonehouse Cooks

August 1, 2011

“I’m not a chef, but I do know food.”

Stonehouse Cooks offers recipes, meal plans and strategies to bring nutrition, delicious food and fun into the kitchen and on to the table.

Lorina Stephens examines the real food revolution from both a modern and historical perspective, and offers guidance not only for the kitchen, but the barbecue and open-fire cookery.

I think this is a very interesting collection. I especially like that there are some unique recipes that aren’t the “regular” recipes you find in every cookbook you open. I can’t wait to try many of them. I like that there are some very traditional recipes that have been adapted to today’s cooking ingredients and methods.
