Virtual Book Tour

During this next week and the month of August I’ll be on a virtual book tour in Canada, the UK and the US.

Virtual book tours are becoming more and more common for authors, both those published conventionally and those who are independent. It’s a more world-friendly way for authors to make guest appearances, receive Q&A through blog comments, and gain greater exposure.

This, my first virtual book tour, launches at the site of Toronto, Ontario, Six Figure Freelancer, Paul Lima.

Thereafter I’ll be at:
  • August 10-16, at the virtual home of Ontario-based David Robertson, who not only has a presence at e-webincome, where the second leg of the tour will be hosted, but at his artisan blacksmithing site, which is very much worth a visit.
  • August 17-23, I’ll be at UK-based Ferret Fabricates, where the theme of the interview will be the Peaks and Pitfalls of Self-Publishing.
  • August 24-30, the virtual tour concludes at US-based The Mantua-Maker, where the theme of the interview will be Works in Progress.

While the virtual book tour concludes at Deb Salisbury’s, The Mantua-Maker site on August 30, I’ll be in reality at Chapters from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m. that day; the store is located at Woodside Centre, 3175 Highway 7 East, Markham, Ontario, L3R 0T9 Canada, (905)477-1756. I’ll be signing copies of Recipes of a Dumb Housewife and Shadow Song.

Hope to hook up with you somewhere in the world over the next month!
