It would seem my experience with Lulu Publishing has soured a bit. It would seem distibution through them is not what it is puported to be, and after some considerable time waiting for a reasonable answer, one of Lulu’s staff have threatened to shut down forum discussion of the Chapters/Indigo distribution problem.
In short, I’ve been threatened with censorship.
Nothing raises my hackles and sets me searching for my trusty sword faster than injustice. And now that I’m threatened with censorship I’m in full fighting mode. I didn’t want it to come to this. All I wanted was an answer to a simple question: why aren’t many Canadian Lulu authors’ books showing up in Chapters/Indigo?
Lulu’s response? Vague answers and threats.
I’m ready. Are they?
