Chinese-style Cabbage Soup 1 tablespoon sesame oil1 large red onion, sliced thinly¼ head of red savoy cabbage, sliced thinly2 cloves garlic4 cups stock of whatever type you wish½ cup soya sauce2 tablespoons fish sauce1 tablespoon wasabi sauce3 tablespoons maple syrup Sauté onion in sesame oil.
